Will I get banned?
No. Hour boosting only increases your playtime counter. Valve does not ban for idling — it's not detectable by VAC and there are no known bans from hour boosting.
Do you store my password?
Never. We use Steam's official login (OpenID) to identify you. For idling, you enter credentials once — your password goes directly to Steam's servers and is never stored by us.
Can I play while idling?
Yes! When you launch a game yourself, the idler automatically pauses. It resumes as soon as you close the game.
How does the free plan work?
You get 100 hours free. When they run out, click Renew on your dashboard to get 100 fresh hours instantly — for free, forever.
Do hours stack between purchases?
Yes! Buying a new plan adds hours on top of your remaining balance. You never lose unused hours.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 72 hours of purchase if you haven't used the hours. Contact us on Discord and we'll sort it out quickly.
