Questions

FAQ

Is hour boosting safe for my Steam account? +

Yes. Idling games is allowed by Steam and does not interact with game servers or anti-cheat. VAC bans only trigger from cheating in protected matches — never from idling.

Do I have to install anything? +

No. Everything runs on our cloud servers. You only need a browser to manage your accounts and games.

How many games can I idle at once? +

Up to 32 games per Steam account simultaneously — that's Steam's hard cap. Lifetime plan supports all 32.

Do you store my Steam password? +

Never. Your password goes directly to Steam's servers. We receive only a secure refresh token which you can revoke anytime from Steam → Settings → Authorized Devices.

What happens when my hours run out? +

The idler stops automatically. Free plan users can renew 100 hours for free from their dashboard — anytime, forever. Paid users can buy more hours.

Can I play games while it's idling? +

Yes. The idler detects when you launch a game yourself and pauses automatically. It resumes on its own when you close the game.

Can I get a refund? +

Yes — within 72 hours of purchase if you haven't used the hours. Open a support ticket and we'll process it quickly.
